We are thrilled to announce the call for poster proposals for the 2024 WAMFT Conference "Embracing Complexity - Navigating with Curiosity in Focus." This is your chance to showcase your impactful work in the field of marriage and family therapy and engage with fellow professionals and students. We welcome proposals that explore:
- Quantitative or qualitative research involving couples or families
- Interventions with families or couples in larger systems
- Family therapy training programs, supervision, or initiatives
- Larger system interventions
Returning Again...Prizes!
We are excited to introduce prizes for the best posters in each track:
Student proposals: A great opportunity for graduate students from any discipline that furthers systemic therapy. Make sure to list your faculty advisor (but only list them as a co-presenter if they are also presenting and registering). Prize: $250
Professional proposals: Open to those with full or associate licensure in any discipline that advances systemic therapy. Prize: $350
Submit proposals by August 23rd!
At the conference, you'll have the unique opportunity to present and discuss your topic with enthusiastic attendees. Posters will be available in a dynamic virtual setting with the encouraged option to present in person, fostering greater interaction and engagement. More details on the final format will be shared as conference preparations are finalized.
