I have always been curious about the language the body speaks and how we learn to ignore, bypass, attack, and occasionally listen to it. I’m a therapist excited to connect the wisdom of the body, the mind, and the heart to do and be what we are called to in this lifetime.

I am a neurodivergent, white non-binary femme from Seattle, currently able-bodied and educated and passionate about bridging the healing of the body with the contexts in which we live.
