Counseling & Wellness NW, provides clinical Telehealth services, consulting, supervision, and in-person workshops/trainings for individuals and businesses. Therapy sessions will consist of examining your main concerns, and finding agency to cope, process, and practice resilience through adversity and challenges. Similar to Life, therapy is a journey.
