I am dedicated to helping teens and adults work through life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma while providing a safe space to overcome anxiety, stress, and social expectations.
I work with ages 13 and up, and I particularly enjoy working with teen girls and young women. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, however I utilize many different therapeutic approaches to find what works best for each individual client so that they feel validated and heard.
