I'm Mika (mee-kah, she/her), an LMFT who enjoys helping women examine the societal and cultural narratives influencing their identity, challenge those narratives' roles in their lives, and discover their authentic Self. My therapeutic style is, first and foremost, collaborative. Because I believe in my clients' capacity for healing, I empower my clients to examine and challenge the stories they have been telling themselves and to utilize their unique strengths and talents to create change.
