My passion and focus is toward affirming care for clients identifying as neurodivergent, emphasizing client agency and deepening the connection of mind and body. I serve teens (12-19), individuals (20+), couples, and families. In my fluid approach, I pull from many theoretical orientations, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatics, and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) to help neurodivergent-identifying folks learn about their unique strengths and abilities.
