I am a PhD level psychotherapist. I am certified in Discernment Counseling and Medical Family therapy (and have taught each of them on the graduate level). I am also a trained specialist in trauma informed therapy. I work from a biopsychosocial/spiritual and systems framework using an Integrative approach which includes Attachment, Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and various Trauma interventions. I have authored professional publications in MedFT and Cross Cultural therapy.
