My own journey toward healing and growing led me to become a therapist, where I now have the privilege of walking alongside others as they better understand themselves, heal from their wounds, and strengthen their relationships. I was born and raised a Jersey Girl, but have since found love for both the East and West Coasts - yet the PNW is where my heart feels most at home.
