I was born and raised in New Jersey. I grew up in a large family, always needing to fight to be heard. I also learned to be the helper to feel needed and belong in the family. My own journey toward healing and growing led me to become a therapist, where I now have the privilege of walking alongside others as they better understand themselves, heal from their wounds, and improve their relationships.
