I am an avid listener, observer, believer, and human heart enthusiast. I've spent the last 20+ years engaging with people in the physical realm of healing and rehabilitation. I spend much of my time studying anxiety, trust, stress, calm, burnout, vigor and how these experiences weave into the physical systems within our body. Those who know me say may spirit animal is an octopus relating to their complexity, creativity, and adaptability. That's a whole lotta of arms and hearts!
