My own journey as a client of therapy for many years allowed me to grow and change in ways I never even imagined, and I saw my life transform from one of hopelessness and fear to one of empowerment and joy. I became a therapist to give others an opportunity to also create a more joyful and balanced life, starting from wherever they currently are! I primarily work with individuals, though I work from a relational, holistic perspective.
