I'm an LMFT and Perinatal Mental Health Specialist. I specialize in working with grief, anxiety, medical and reproductive mental health. That encompasses transition points throughout the lifetime including fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, menopause. I also work with folks dealing with acute and chronic health conditions and medical trauma. I use a lot of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness and Somatic based approaches. My practice is all telehealth currently.
