Hello! I work with kiddos age 11+ up to young adults (~26) and families. Most of my work centers around anxious thoughts, perfectionism, and self-doubt. Also a past life as a crisis response specialist, so adept with depression, self-harm, and suicidality. My work is person-centered and I often draw from CBT, DBT, and EFFT.
