Session Description
This session will provide an introduction to mental health concerns related to client fertility and reproductive challenges. The presenter will introduce a foundation to fertility treatments through a reproductive justice lens as they are related to assessment and treatment of individuals, couples, and families looking to explore reproductive options.

Learning Objectives:Â
Discuss common presenting issues faced by therapy clients undergoing reproductive challenges and treatment, including stress management, depression and anxiety, unique relationship issues, sexual concerns, and grief and loss, and list three evidenced-based approaches to working with fertility clients.
Define basics of reproductive treatments, including Assisted Reproductive Therapies (IVF, IUI) and Third Party Reproduction.
