About the Event
Session Description
In this training you will learn more about the work of the Designated Crisis Responders, and the law that frames their investigations, evaluations and decision making. You will be given information about RCW 71.05/71.34 and what the law intended to accomplish. We will review the legal process for an individual being evaluated for involuntary behavioral health treatment.
