Session Description
This speaking course offers therapists an in-depth exploration using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) techniques and other attachment-based clinical strategies specifically tailored to address the unique challenges therapists face working with high-conflict couples. Participants will gain practical skills and strategies to build the clinician’s confidence to lean-in during the escalation phase of therapy, break through barriers, and facilitate repairing conversations within these challenging relationships.

Understanding High-Conflict Dynamics:
·        Explore what causes couples to get caught in high-conflict couples and identify the underlying patterns commonly found in high-conflict couples, including trauma triggers, negative communication patterns, and unresolved emotional wounds.
