With over a decade of experience in the field, I began my career at Youth Eastside Services (YES) in Bellevue, where I worked with youth and families to foster growth and resilience. Following this, I joined Sunrise Mental Health, focusing on systemic reform for chronic mental illness in incarcerated populations. In collaboration with Snohomish and Island County detention centers, I developed and implemented programs to improve mental health outcomes for underserved communities. For the past eight years, I have been in private practice in Seattle at Constellation Therapy, specializing in infidelity treatment and offering couples, individual, and family therapy to a diverse clientele. My work is grounded in creating accessible, culturally sensitive care tailored to each client’s unique needs. On the Board at WAMFT I am excited about getting to know and collaborate with other MFT's to further our shared goals.
