I truly believing relationship is the core of human experience, so my work often focuses on folks (18+) reshaping how they connect and interact with others and themselves. My approach is grounded in our knowledge of human functioning--emotionally, relationally, neurologically, and the understanding that our society and experiences shape us. This foundation helps us hold onto the empathy and curiosity required to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, and build practical tools needed.
