I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington with over 15 years of experience in community mental health, substance use treatment, and private practice. A SoCal native, I moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2000. I hold a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University. I work with individuals, couples, and families from my office on the west shore of Lake Union in Seattle.
