I have practiced mental health interventions with individuals, couples and families in both the agency and private practice settings. I was a crisis therapist for almost three years but have been in the private practice setting for the past 4 years. I am trained in many approaches to therapy and mental health management and hope that I am able to help others find their way to an optimal quality of life for them.
