Bethany Suppes, PhD, LMFT (WA & ID) is a relational therapist and AAMFT-Approved Supervisor who focuses on the role of compassion and nonjudgmental curiosity in creating lasting positive change. She's written 2 books - Family Systems Theory Simplified (2020) and Compassionate Relational Therapy (2025) - and multiple articles/chapters focusing on these ideas as they apply in therapy and supervision for systemic thinkers. Dr. Suppes has also served on the WAMFT board since 2023.
