Get to Know Billie Tyler

Billie Tyler, MS, LMFT, is a Marriage and Family Therapist in Spokane, Washington. She completed her master's degree from Capella University, while also working as a Research Coordinator at the University of Iowa. Billie has run her own private practice for over six years. She works mostly with couples but also enjoys working with individuals and families on building their relationships. She has always had a passion for strength-based approaches with couples, individuals, and families which form the foundations for many greater systems, like our communities. Billie has served as an At-Large Board Member of WAMFT, WAMFT Networking Event Coordinator, Spokane's Networking Host, and now President-Elect. She enjoys working with CFT students as an adjunct faculty at Antioch University Seattle. When she is not busy with work, Billie is working towards her PhD in MFT specializing in couples at Northcentral University. She is married with two daughters ages 6 and 12.
