Shannon West is the founder of SHE Telehealth, a virtual therapy practice for Gen Z women. Shannon has extensive training in Family Systems Theories and is guided by Narrative Therapy & Feminist Theory. Believing wellness and nutrition are correlated with mental health, she is certified as an Integrative Mental Health Professional and has advanced training in grief and neurodiversity. Shannon supports equity and justice, seeks to be culturally humble and is trauma-informed and LGBTQ+ affirming.
