I love to work with professionals as we grow, laugh, and learn together. I believe we all thrive with the right balance of structure and support. I use a good amount of humor and curiosity given that fun, delight, and joy are important parts of the growth process. I have extensively worked with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ supervisees addressing a variety of clinical issues with particular specialties working with clients in marginalized and underserved communities, and those who have experienced trauma.
