I was first led to therapy as a client myself, where I experienced clarity and insight by being deeply heard and having my feelings and experiences validated. This led me to years of continued self-discovery through, reading, workshops, yoga training & practice, and eventually graduate school. I received a masters in Couple and Family therapy from Antioch University Seattle and work with families, couples, and individuals. Holding space for others as a therapist is a great honor.
