I am a trauma informed therapist with specialized training in Somatic Experiencing, NARM, and Play Therapy. I have worked primarily with children, adults, and couples. I have worked with high conflict family systems on divorce, co parenting, and anxiety.
I work in top down, bottoms up style integrating knowledge of past trauma and the central nervous system into my work. I try to create a safe space for clients to connect with their authentic self and reduce impact of past trauma on today.
