I approach therapy from a “systems” perspective. This focuses on understanding how individuals and families experience their relationships – both within the family and society. I work with clients towards understanding what is going on within themselves, as well as finding ways to expand awareness of how their interactions affect one another, aiming to improve communication and the dynamics within the family or group.
