My approach is supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping individuals and family systems regain a sense of control and purpose. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals and families from marginalized communities—including women, people of color, and first generation/immigrant individuals —who may face unique stressors or challenges. I am fully remote and licensed in WA and OR.
