I’m a down-to-earth, relational therapist who believes healing begins with a strong client–therapist connection. I take a client-centered, systems-based, and trauma-informed approach, drawing from Narrative, CBT, Mindfulness, Attachment, and Grief Therapy. I integrate creativity, somatic work, and humor, and provide resources to support growth beyond sessions. Rooted in ethics and collaboration, my goal is to help you access your own wisdom and move toward wholeness.
