I’ve specialized in grief counseling for over a decade through my work as a hospice grief counselor and program coordinator, offering community grief education and rituals and educating new clinicians through graduate university programs and supervision.
I bring compassion and humor to my practice as well as a strength based focus on enhancing prior strengths while building new ones, reducing shame and processing deep trauma. I use modalities of talk therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, art and games.
