Building a Better Us: Community Conversations for Systems Thinkers

Special Guest Codi Quick will be connecting us with her best practices for social media outreach in mental health from her 10 years of experience supporting online media for therapists. Join us to learn the do’s and don’ts of social media and identifying ethical issues when using online platforms. Codi will be sharing her toolbox of tips for increasing social media presence and relatability.

This WAMFT networking event takes place the 4th Friday of each month from 11am to 12:30pm on Zoom.

Etiquette and Expectations

• Due to the limited time frame we ask for questions to be submitted through the chat feature, allowing our moderators to address the panelists with questions or invite individuals to address the panel in a uniform way.  Moderators will be following the group chat looking for common themes and will attempt to synthesize questions for the panelists, thereby, giving everyone the chance to engage with our panelists.  If you have additional questions or would like follow-up information please email: wamft@wamft.org.
• During the initial presentation, we will keep everyone on mute.  When we begin the panel/audience discussion we will determine how best to proceed with moderator questions or inviting individuals or the group to participate, much of this will depend on how large our audience is.
• Our intention is for our community conversations to be an opportunity to connect, learn and share in meaningful ways as systems thinkers.   Thank you for your patience and understanding as we explore this new platform for networking.
