I work with neurodivergent and high-achieving folx (16+) to help them think, believe, and act more flexibly—so they can feel freer. We explore coping strategies that often become rigid rules, showing up as perfectionism, control around food/body/movement, procrastination, and self-criticism. I understand how overwhelming it can be to hold it all together in a world not built for neurodivergent minds.
