Candidate Application Requirements

Thank you for your willingness to run for a WAMFT elected position! We are interested in getting to know you better.

 

In our quest for a diverse group of candidates, we are curious about your experience, work setting, thoughts on change, and the unique talents and perspectives you could bring to WAMFT. We also want to ensure you feel valued, have an excellent overall experience with WAMFT, and find a role that is gratifying.

 

In order to complete the application, you will need to have available the following things:

  • Your AAMFT Member Number & category (if you are not yet a WAMFT member, sign up here)

  • Your CV / Resume in PDF format

  • A professional headshot

  • A 500-word Ballot Statement (include why you want to serve in this position and your experiences that prepare you for this role)

  • A completed and signed Ethical Disclosure form, downloadable here: https://bit.ly/ethicaldisclosure

  • For officer positions, please submit the contact information for two professional references that the Elections Committee can contact to support your application
